Vision, Mission & Philosophy

"Substantive, positive change is only possible when emotional maturity and integrity are present ~ when we relate and create with the willingness and ability to recognize, accept, develop and apply the unique resources in each of us for something greater than ourselves."

Communities of people with the willingness and ability to respond (not react) to any situation with presence, i.e., to be open hearted, curious, confident, inclusive, generous, flexible, authentic, stable, trustworthy, discerning, wise beyond knowledge, compassionate.

Mission

Assist individuals and organizational leaders to facilitate their own growth, and the growth of their community to 1) recognize, appreciate, and choose to become more of who they really are - vital, creative, contributing beings, and to 2) utilize that life force for the benefit of others.

As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to
remake the world, as in being able to remake ourselves.

Philosophy

1.  Our ability to communicate, resolve conflicts and co-create for something greater than ourselves increases when we demonstrate presence - the understanding, skill, and embodiment of an open heart,
curiosity, inclusiveness, generosity, flexibility, trustworthiness, discernment, wisdom, compassion.

2. Aware, responsible, aligned individuals are the most productive people. They have highest morale and create the most overall successful families, communities, and organizations.

3. Each individual is unique and has unrecognized inherent strengths and talents that need to be brought forth, acknowledged, appreciated and developed.

4.  Insecurity and fear of vulnerability repress honest, authentic communication and limit the recognition and development of inherent strengths and talents.

5.  When recognized, developed and properly focused, inherent talents and strengths manifest as greater authenticity and trust, more real communication, and increased vitality, co-creativity, productivity, and morale. This is the essence of elegant change.

6.  Love is who we are. To experience Love and act from it is a choice. The word Love and the many names we each have for the Divine are interchangeable; and are all expressions of an infinite, intimate, wise, wholly unnameable life force.

7.  We increase our experience of Love and the ability to act from it when we increase our willingness and ability to live with presence (an open heart, curiosity, inclusiveness, confidence, trustworthiness, discernment. . . ).
