All sales are final.
We may accept
returns under special  circumstances, however you must contact our office, info@kathyeckles.com within 30 days of purchase to request permission. If the product is not in its original condition or
has been opened or used, no refund will
be issued. All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges,
and custom or duty charges are non-refundable.

States Postal Service). The checkout procedure provides you with

handling. Items in-stock ship within 2 business days (Monday -
Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Guarantee
Once the carrier has picked up your product, it is their
responsibility to deliver the product to you.
Please refer to your carrier (USPS) for delivery information.

Out of Stock Products
In the unusual event of our not being able to fill your order 
immediately, we will do our best to notify you immediately via email.
 
Defective Products
We take pride in shipping high quality products. In the unlikely  event
of your receiving a defective product, please contact us for a
replacement info@kathyeckles.com within 15 days of purchase.
After 15 days,  the product will need to be returned in order to receive a replacement. We do not replace scratched or mishandled CDs. Please note: The most common reason for CDs to skip is due to foreign matter on the disc or scratches on the playing surface. To ensure good quality, please handle your CDs with care, ensuring they are clean before playing them.

Customs and Import Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once the package reaches your country. These charges are borne
by you. We have no control over them and cannot predict what  they may be. Customs policies vary by country. Contact your local customs office for information. When ordering from our website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
