Who We Are
Ed Morler and I are organizational consultants, executive coaches, and educators. We each have a depth of experience in big business, and in assisting people to empower themselves as leaders. See more on each of us in our profiles.
We collaborate as co-authors and in the development of integrity-based programs for interpersonal and organizational effectiveness. Typically we facilitate programs individually, while also being resources to each other to most effectively meet the needs of our clients.
Our Vision
We envision communities of people with the willingness and ability to respond (not react) to any situation with essence values, i.e. presence, confidence, stability, inclusiveness, honesty, authenticity, trustworthiness, discernment, wisdom beyond mere knowledge, compassion, generosity, and flexibility.
Our Mission
To assist leaders in business, non-profits, and ministry via customized programs and coaching to facilitate their own growth, and the growth of individual organizational members to recognize, appreciate, and choose to become more of who they really are: vital, creative, contributing, emotionally mature Beings of Integrity.
Our Philosophy
1. The integration of understanding, skill, and essence values increases our ability to
communicate, resolve conflicts, and co-create for something greater than ourselves.
2. It is aware, responsible and aligned individuals that are the most productive, have
the highest morale, and create the most overall successful organizations.
3. Each individual is unique and has unrecognized inherent strengths and talents
that need to be brought forth, acknowledged, appreciated and developed.
4. It is insecurity and fear of vulnerability that repress honest and authentic
communication and limits recognition and development of those inherent strengths
and talents.
5. When recognized, developed and properly focused these inherent talents and
strengths manifest as greater authenticity and trust, more real communication, and
increased vitatlity, co-creativity, productivity, and morale. This is the essence of
elegant change.
6. Integrity is the vital factor.
