Dr. Hahn is a licensed clinical psychologist and educator. He
received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Social Studies/Psychology from Harvard University, and his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University. He is a certified Enneagram trainer, and a former faculty member in the graduate counseling programs at Lesley University and Northeastern University.

Dr. Hahn's strong foundation and extensive experience in clinical psychology serves his clients well, yet he has been untiring in his effort to understand and help his clients resolve experiences not fully comprehended within the confines of traditional psychology. This call for greater understanding led him on a search for answers that opened him to the worlds of Buddhist and Eastern Psychology; Mystery Trainings; and Depth, Archetypal and Spiritual Psychology.

Teachers of particular influence to him in his search were Tich Nhat Hanh, Brugh Joy,
Dick Olney, Helenn Palmer, Barbara Hastings, and Claudio Naranjo. After learning from them, Dr. Hahn started working with Judith Swack, the developer of Healing from the
Body Level Up. This opened him to the worlds of kinesiology, current research on violence and loss traumas, and energy psychology. Dr. Swack and Dr. Hahn collaborated for several years, joining their fields of expertise. This collaboration led Dr. Hahn to found Guided Self Healing in 1997.

After several years of witnessing the power of Guided Self Healing, Dr. Hahn developed the Guided Self Healing training program for those who want to facilitate and/or teach this process.
